What You’ll Do:
Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and state guidelines
Monitor residents for responses to medications and report any concerns
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Accurately document medication administration and care activities
Support individualized care plans alongside nurses and caregivers
Help maintain a clean, safe, and uplifting environment
Contribute to a positive resident experience through professional, compassionate care
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program
Current MA-C certification in the State of Ohio
Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care is a plus
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
A warm, patient, and resident-first mindset
