What you'll be responsible for: * Serves as lead waitron at designated banquet events.
* Responsible for executing the banquet event orders and ensuring room, food and beverage meets contract specifications.
* Serves guests in a professional manner.
Directs and assists banquet waitrons in service standards.
* Maintains a neat and clean atmosphere.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous banquet waitron or food & beverage supervisory experience required.
Long periods of standing and walking.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
and push a cart up to 150 lbs.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays and varied hours.
