What You'll Do:

Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor

Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently

Provide concierge-level service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues promptly

Maintain accurate guest records and process payments

Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Uphold Marriott brand standards and AC Hotel's commitment to modern hospitalityWhat We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred, but not required

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in computer systems; knowledge of Marriott systems (like Fossee) is a plus
