Position : Land Development Engineer/Project Manager

Location : Chantilly, VA(On-site)

Duration : Full time & Direct Hire

We are a dynamic, multi-disciplinary design firm dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for today’s complex environmental and development challenges.

Our team is composed of Civil Engineers, Landscape Architects, Planners, Security Consultants, and Surveyors who collaborate in a supportive and engaging work environment that values both individual and organizational success.

We are currently seeking Civil Engineers with 4–10 years of experience and Project Managers with 8–15 years of civil engineering expertise to join our Chantilly, VA office.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to a variety of public and private sector projects, including:

Mixed-use and transit-oriented developments

Government and institutional facilities

Residential, commercial, and office developments

Utility and infrastructure systems

Mission-critical and data center projects

Perform land development design including site planning, stormwater management, and infrastructure design.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

4–10 years (Engineer) or 8–15 years (Project Manager) of relevant land development experience.

Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

Strong background in both private and public sector/federal agency projects.

EIT certification or PE license is preferred.

Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about contributing to a growing team and participating in strategic company initiatives.
