Direct hire position. Opening in Brookfield. Company is seeking an experienced Project coordinator familiar with the ins and outs of fast paced retail construction.

Seeking someone with 3+ years project coordinator experience working for the project managers.

Responsibilities include:

Bidding Process, Submittals, Lien waivers, Change Orders, Certificates of Insurance

Client billings and Close outs, Weekly reports, Multi-tasking several projects at one time
