CNC Programmer

Experience: 5-10 years

Education Level: High School with Technical School*

*Programming education/certification required

Mon-Thursday 6am-4:30pm

Essential Job Functions:

Program & set up CNCs and machining centers

Fixture and program all jobs given

Set up and programming 65%

Planning 10%

Order Tooling 5%

Machine Operation 10%

Inspection 10%

Required Skills:

Extensive knowledge of machining and strong machining skills

5-10 years of experience turning, milling setup

Intricate understanding of programming via Mastercam and integration

Familiarity with new technologies

Medium to high level of experience with tools and inserts

Continually looking for new grades and options

Experience in inspection of machined parts

Trigonometry and blueprint literacy

Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma lathe and mill controls experience a plus

Required Materials:

Steel-toe safety footwear mandatory
