Job Summary:

The Construction Foreman will oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, manage crew members, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate with project managers to keep projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule tasks and assign duties to crew members

Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for daily tasks to ensure efficient work execution.

Maintain and organize a company vehicle stocked with supplies and tools.

Move between multiple projects to meet deadlines and ensure quality control.

Regularly inspect work, ensuring quality standards are met, including subcontractors' work.

Perform a variety of trades, including framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, tile prep, concrete, stucco, drywall, and more.

Ensure job site safety and adherence to OSHA standards

Solve on-site issues effectively and promptly

Requirements:

Must have a reliable pick-up truck that can tow 10,000 pounds or less

Must have a minimum of 5 years of residential/commercial remodeling experience.

Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA regulations

Leadership and organizational skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Valid driver’s license

Ability to pass a background check

Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish preferred)

Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
