Sr. SharePoint Analyst

PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE:PBF) is one of the largest independent refiners in North America, operating through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related facilities. We are seeking a talented Sr. SharePoint Analyst to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy. This role would be located onsite at our Company headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.

We are seeking a skilled Sr. SharePoint Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SharePoint functionalities and be able to design, implement, and manage collaborative solutions that enhance productivity and streamline processes across the organization.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly SharePoint sites and pages tailored to business needs

Assist in ongoing support of users to resolve SharePoint-related issues as part of day-to-day operations, including items such as access requests, custom permission groups, and assistance with Library / List creation / maintenance

Lead and assist with training sessions and documentation for end-users of all roles (Site owners, members, visitors)

Perform requirements gathering / design, develop, test and deploy new solution requests including custom workflows, forms, and automated processes integrated with SharePoint using Nintex Automation Cloud and the Power Platform

Perform daily monitoring based on support dashboard information; continuously improve monitoring processes

Consistently ensure all tickets and project requests are kept up to date with status, detailed descriptions, and resolution information, along with ensuring related master documentation is kept up to date

Continuously develop and evolve our best practices for end users and administration, along with maintaining up to date documentation for site configurations, workflows, and governance policies

Keep up to date with SharePoint Online updates, new features, and best practices to help collaborate on PBF’s SharePoint roadmap for utilization of existing features not yet utilized as well as new features not yet available

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored SharePoint solutions

Participate in any other cross functional activities defined by other PBF initiatives across the IT Organization

QUALIFICATIONS:

7+ years of experience in Professional SharePoint administration and development, specifically SharePoint Online

Proficient in SharePoint Online features, Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) required

Must have a strong understanding of PowerShell, including the SharePoint PnP module commands

Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for workflow automation

Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for custom development

Understanding of SharePoint governance, security, and compliance best practices

Strong understanding of Nintex Forms, Nintex 365 and Nintex Automation Cloud (NAC) preferred

Ability to convert Nintex 365 workflows to Nintex Automation Cloud and/or Power Automate preferred

Understanding of SharePoint governance, security, and compliance best practices

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects

Understanding of development lifecycles and testing practices to ensure quality solutions are delivered

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication based on audience

Self-reliant individual with demonstrated ability to quickly add value to an organization

Proven ability to learn new processes / applications in order to support related users and systems / tools

Expected Travel – 10%

The salary range for this position is $101,702.39- 167,676.64. The compensation range listed in this posting is in compliance with applicable state law. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job-related skills and internal peer equity will be considered in determining the selected candidate’s compensation. Salaries at the time of hire are typically in the lower to middle portion of the above range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect future performance-based increases. In addition to salary, PBF offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes bonus eligibility, health care, retirement benefits, and paid time off.
