Job Overview:

Join our team as a Class A OTR Team Driver with Security Clearance. We are looking for dedicated drivers to operate in a 2025 Freightliner, and we encourage established teams, including husband and wife teams, to apply. Matched teams are welcome too!

$2,000 sign-on bonus per driver after 90 days

Competitive pay with a $2k minimum guarantee, or percentage pay—whichever is greater.

$1,000 referral bonus for recruiting others

Paid 2.5-day orientation held weekly

Drive a top-of-the-line 2025 Double Bunk Freightliner with upgraded interiors, APUs, refrigerators, and inverters

All travel arrangements covered—rental cars and private hotel rooms

Eligibility Requirements:

Must have a Class A CDL with Regional or OTR Experience

At least 2 years of verifiable recent driving experience is required

Must be 23 years or older

DoD experience is a plus

TWIC card and Hazmat endorsement required

Secret Clearance is necessary; drivers currently in the application process are also encouraged to apply.
