Principal Accountabilities
• Identify high-potential sales leads, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships with clients
• Understanding market and competitive landscape, conducting competitor analysis to formulate the right sales
strategies
• Develop and implement competitive sales strategies to expand market share and foster business growth
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to discover new business opportunities
• Responsible for pricing negotiation with customers for gaining more business and meet company's margin
expectation
• Having existing client network is a high welcome
Requirement
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management or other relevant disciplines
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical skills are preferrable
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful sales strategies
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese and other languages would also be an advantage
• Proactive, service-oriented personality and able to work under pressure
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
