Duties
Works as an assistant for the Facilities Operations Team Leader who makes specific assignments, explains policies and procedures and reviews work for quantity and quality of completed projects.
Pre-checks, prepares equipment for customers, explains use, monitors proper usage. Conducts surveillance of total facility and reports any unusual findings to supervisor. Cleans recreation equipment, supplies and facility area.
Inspects equipment when turned in and collects pre-set fees for damages. Tests mechanical equipment for serviceability after each use. Removes damaged or unusable equipment from inventory.
Job may require work in various facilities depending on requirements as determined by customer demand or programmed activities. Opens and/or closes facilities by locking/unlocking doors and windows and assuring security system is operable.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

This is a pay-banded position.
Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600. Incentives and Bonuses
