Overview
The Human Resources Manager position is an exciting opportunity to join PM Group's growing Philadelphia area team located out of Conshohocken, PA. Together we will all be sharing knowledge, learning, growing and continuing to be an integral part of supporting PM Group's ongoing expansion in the US. Our offices are executing cutting-edge projects for Biologics and Pharma facilities for US and international clients. With our clients and partners, we deliver projects that improve the everyday lives of people across the globe.
Reporting directly to the Regional Director of HR, the HR Manager will spearhead the delivery of the national HR agenda across five business units, encompassing over 120 employees. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving the strategic development and growth of our US operations. Some travel to regional offices may be necessary to meet the evolving needs of our rapidly expanding team. Embracing a hybrid work model, this role offers three days in-office and the flexibility to work remotely for two days.

The HR Manager will lead various HR functions, including directing on boarding, employee relations, organizational development, talent management, learning and development, benefits, legal aspects of HR, etc. Adaptability and the ability to pivot and prioritize are critical, given the ever-changing nature of our industry. Responsibilities
Develop HR practices for US business units in line with Group strategy
Ensure stakeholder engagement; cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in Boston, Philadelphia, Raleigh-Durham and San Francisco Business Units, and Corporate HR to ensure consistent and proactive HR throughout the entire HR Lifecycle
Monitor employee relations and ensure compliance by providing on-going guidance and support to managers and employees on Employee Relations matters and ensure compliance with employment legislation
Provide HR metrics excellence by collaborating with the Operations Team to drive excellence in key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, people management and employee relations
Act as a collaborative support partner with the Talent Acquisition and Payroll teams to deliver professional HR support for the business units
Efficiently manage all employee relations issues including absences, grievances, performance, disciplinary actions, dismissals, and daily personnel matter
Manage regulatory compliance by ensuring compliance with HR Policies, procedures, and federal/state legal requirements, meeting regulatory reporting deadlines
Collaborate on initiative implementation by supporting the planning and execution of initiatives to enhance US business units, focusing on areas such as Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Engagement, Performance Management and Recognition & Reward
HR policy development; develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to foster stakeholder engagement and drive performance
Manage and coordinate immigration compliance procedures in the US business units
Benefits administration; manage and administer employee benefits and conduct regular reviews as necessary
Provide on-boarding leadership by leading and managing the process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition
Provide document management and ensure all relevant documentation for local and international assignees is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Provide HR reporting and analysis; prepare and update reports and statistics for management meetings
Provide employee relocation assistance as needed
Special projects as needed Qualifications
A Batchelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Studies
Demonstrated previous experience as an HR professional in an HR generalist or HR Business Partner (HRBP) function
Proven results-focused attitude with a high level of energy and a strong work ethic
A strong attention to detail coupled with proficient mathematical skills
Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills supporting the delivery of US HR agendas
Ability to multi-task / manage time efficiently
Proven ability adapting to organizational requirements, including travel within the US, as dictated by business needs
A good understanding of US employment law, particularly in the states where we have operations (MA, PA, NC, CA, etc.)
Awareness of HR best practices and proven ability to stay informed of HR best practices as well as incorporate them into daily operations
Experience in dealing with managers in a dynamic professional environment
Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to build and maintain effective relationships with managers and key stakeholders; ability to constructively challenge when appropriate
Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills to support delivery of the HR agenda.
