Join our maintenance team as an Electrical & Automation Technician, where you’ll ensure all electrical and control systems run efficiently, safely, and in line with top industry standards. If you have experience with PLCs, drives, and industrial automation, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and components.
Monitor, maintain, and upgrade controls, drives, PLCs, HMIs, and related equipment.
Assist mechanics with troubleshooting and repairing control or programming issues.
Write and modify control programs; design new control systems.
Inspect, test, and calibrate control systems regularly.
Oversee system upgrades and recommend improvements.
Follow SOPs, GMPs, and all safety and quality guidelines.
Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or trade school required.
2-year degree in electrical or related field.
3–5 years of experience in automation, controls, and electrical components.
Able to read and interpret schematics, ladder logic, manuals, and procedures.
Experience with Rockwell, CMMS, and Microsoft systems.
Willing to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts.
Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
