The ideal candidate will have prior sales management experience and demonstrated success in a dealer group. We are seeking a talented leader who is tech savvy, process-oriented, customer-driven and high energy! Prior experience managing used car sales, or the finance office are both pluses.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a leader & provide focus for your Sales team
Work directly with our Team Members and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
Maintain CSI at or above company standards
Build rapport with customers to establish a strong customer network
Provide support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
Manage productivity of the sales department
Maintain good working relationship with the manufacturer and lending institutions
Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of dealership management experience required
Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a strong culture of team inclusivity
CDK and VinSolutions experience preferred
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
Tech savvy with solid experience in handling internet and phone inquiries
