A leading manufacturer located in the beautiful state of Colorado is seeking a formulation chemist to join their team and formulate MMA coatings. If you have a bachelorâ s or masterâ s degree in chemistry and 2+ years of experience formulating coatings, this could be an excellent opportunity for you! Our client offers excellent opportunities for growth!

Duties:

Formulation of road marking coating systems

Testing of road marking coatings including viscosity, density

Assisting in scale up and pilot scale

Adjusting products specific properties for customers

Troubleshooting and providing technical service to customers

Traveling to customers on occasion to troubleshoot

Other duties as assigned

$70,000 - $85,000

Technical Qualifications:

B.S. in Chemistry or related field

2-3 years in coatings formulation experience

Proficient in laboratory techniques and safety protocols

Knowledge of coatings technology and formulation

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Bilingual (Spanish) is desired
