Admin Assistant needs 3 years’ Systems and programming experience
Admin Assistant requires:
Hybrid in Boston, MA Office (Tues-Thurs in office, M/F from home)
8:30 AM - 5 PM
4 year Bachelor’s degree required
Experience
3 years experience in a corporate environment
Microsoft Office applications
Able to learn new tools and technologies for process and system improvements
Admin Assistant duties:
• Process invoices and expenses and reconcile to the yearly budget using Excel.
• Open and sort mail, scan into SharePoint and share with Tax team.
• Mail required tax returns and related filings with certified receipts.
