Experienced CNC Operators

Job Description Description: CNC Vertical or Horizontal Milling Operator $20 to $26 per hour based on skill set and shift.

2nd shift is eligible for a $1 per hour premium & 3rd shift a $2 per hour.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

We are looking for a skilled CNC Vertical or Horizontal Milling Operator to become a key member of our team.

Our shop is predominantly equipped with robotic cells, making up over 95% of our operations CNC Vertical or Horizontal Milling Operator Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC vertical or horizontal milling machinesCNC Vertical Lathe experienceFamiliarity with DMG or Mori or Doosan MachinesG&M Code familiarityAbility to perform your own tool changesRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsUnderstanding of containmentInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standardsMaintain and troubleshoot CNC machinesPerform routine maintenance on machinesFollow safety procedures and guidelinesProduction orientedRequirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating CNC vertical or horizontal milling machines- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge of G & M code programmingAbility to use precision measuring toolsStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skills CNC Vertical or Horizontal Milling Operator Benefits include: Health Insurance & Health Savings AccountDental & Vision InsuranceCompany paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability InsurancePaid Time Off & 9 Company Paid Holidays401K with Employer Match8-hour shifts with opportunities for overtime, but not mandatoryEnjoy our traditional employer values including holiday parties, company picnic, holiday gifts and moreWe care!
