We are a privately owned flooring company in beautiful Suwanee, GA looking to hire an in office Administrative Support Specialist. We work with a lot of residential remodels and flooring materials. This position is an integral part of our small, but mighty team and this person needs to have experience working with flooring materials and knowledge of installation.
General Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Previous experience working with/around flooring products (carpet, tile, laminates, wood)
Understanding of flooring materials, underlayments, etc and installation methods
Ability to multi task, work under pressure and be a team player
Computer proficiency ( We use RFMS)
Data entry and general office duties, supporting staff, getting mail, answering phones, etc
Able to work in our office, M-F, 8-5:00
Light bookkeeping, ability to take payments over the phone and account management
Excellent communication skills verbal and written; will be speaking with HOA’s, builders and customers
File, record and store documents according to company procedures
Assist with scheduling of installs/ communicating with installers and clients
Comfortable and able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time
Compensation:
Salary based on experience
M-F, 8-5:00, in office
