Job Title: Practice Manager Sleep Medicine Clinic

Location: Oregon Sleep Associates in Portland, Oregon (Full-Time, On-Site)

Our services include sleep consultations, diagnostic testing (Home Sleep Tests and in-lab Polysomnography), CPAP therapy through our DME program, and more. We are growing, patient-centered, and deeply focused on improving long-term outcomes for individuals dealing with sleep apnea and other sleep-related conditions.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and collaborative Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Oregon location. This individual will play a vital role in supporting clinical and administrative teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring a high standard of patient care across visits, testing, and therapy services. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and leads with empathy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all operational aspects of the clinic, including scheduling, front desk, patient flow, and staff performance.

Coordinate with clinical and DME teams to ensure smooth delivery of services across diagnostic testing (HSTs/PSGs) and CPAP therapy.

Supervise and support staff development, onboarding, and training.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), patient satisfaction, and daily metrics; implement process improvements where needed.

Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.

Work closely with the central billing, call center, and leadership teams to maintain financial efficiency and accurate documentation.

Participate in budgeting, inventory management, and vendor coordination for supplies and DME equipment.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in healthcare management or clinic operations (sleep medicine or DME experience is a strong plus).

Proven leadership and people management skills.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with sleep testing protocols and CPAP therapy is highly desirable.

Experience with EMRs and medical billing workflows.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a team in a dynamic setting.
