As the Production Supervisor you will bear the responsible for overseeing frontline associates to manufacture products using efficient and safe production processes.
Position-Related Responsibilities and Key Job Duties
Deliver Results & Grow Business.
Lead team to maximize productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Execute 1 Year, 3 Year business plans supporting national/regional/local TPM objectives including the implementation of strategies, processes & programs.
Support operation to help reduce overall costs.
Coach and mentor team to a higher level of performance. Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
Manage line efficiencies, key performance indicators and down time.
Perform within labor and OPEX budget.
Monitor the production process, makes periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices according to standard operating procedures.
Ensure equipment in the area assigned is in working order and that working conditions are continually safe.
Verify the readiness of the production line at start-up and supervise change overs.
Continually develop and inspires Diverse & High Performing Teams
Encourage sharing of best practices within the team; breaks down barriers to teamwork; resolves conflict effectively.
Proactively provide feedback opportunities for team members and requesting feedback on his/her leadership

Experience and Qualifications
High School, General Education. Bachelors Degree Preferred
Minimum 1 year supervisory level role of people & processes
Minimum 3 years in manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to lead teams showing improvement in plant KPIs
Working knowledge of the principles of manufacturing management, supply chain capabilities, strategies and interdependencies
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement
Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices in a manufacturing environment
Keen knowledge of key business drivers used to gauge the effectiveness and performance of an internal group or supplier
Preferred Functional Skills
ISO (22000, 9000, 14001, etc) or other management system
Lean, Six Sigma, 5S
Working knowledge of food safety
Self-Guided Work Force
Continuous Improvement
Change Management
Leader of leaders
Operational Excellence
Lean manufacturing concepts
Working knowledge of SAP
Specialized Technical Skills

Pay Range:$95,000 - $110,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
