Quality Control Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain quality control programs to meet project specifications and industry standards.
Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials and workmanship.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all building codes and safety regulations.
Team Leadership: Train and guide staff and subcontractors on quality protocols.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality reports.
Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to address quality concerns.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential quality risks.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Certifications: Professional certifications in quality control or construction management (e.g., NETTCP) are required; Six Sigma, ISO 9001, LEED are a plus.
Experience: 9+ years in quality control management within the construction industry, with a proven track record on complex projects.
Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in project management software.
