Main Responsibilities
1. Process customer orders, ensure order accuracy, and prepare cargo for delivery.
2. Pack the goods properly for shipping including printing labels, and coordinate the cargo delivery processes with logistic or courier parties.
3. Prepare periodic reports regarding the performance of logistics operations, expenses, inventory, and special projects.
4. Carry out the process of receiving goods along with complete and accurate supporting documents
5. Prepare the Container Load Plan (CLP) for the stuffing process.
6. Provide accurate, timely, and precise reports to customers, and ensure proper documentation archiving.
7. Prepare supporting documents for invoice creation by the finance department.
8. Ensure QHSE regulations are implemented in the execution of duties.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a logistics, warehousing, or administrative role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
3. Strong understanding of logistics processes, inventory control, and basic supply chain principles.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
5. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
8. High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
9. Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
