Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive the full delivery lifecycle for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and work closely with the onsite Salesforce architect.

Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related delivery activities.

Ensure that all solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee their implementation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, dependencies, risks, and timelines.

Be hands-on in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, etc.) as needed.

Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to governance processes.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and team performance.

Prepare and present regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in leading Salesforce project deliveries, preferably in a client-facing onsite role.

Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC).

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development and configuration.

Experience working closely with solution architects and managing development teams.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Salesforce certifications are a strong plus.

Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies

Preferred Skills:

Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).

Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD) in Salesforce environments.

Experience in managing offshore/remote development teams is a plus
