Job Description:

The Merrill Wealth Management Market Executive job is responsible for leading the market to ensure the delivery of an exceptional client experience and focusing on achieving sustainable, responsible growth through operational excellence and risk management. Key responsibilities include building a culture of excellence by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent in an environment that is inclusive and supportive of all employees. Job expectations include establishing enterprise-wide relationships and protecting the bank's brand internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

Develops and executes a market growth plan to increase profitability and drive sustainable responsible growth

Recruits, coaches, and retains high-performing talent and leads a culture of opportunity, inclusion, and respect

Holds Advisors accountable for providing an exceptional client experience

Fosters and leverages relationships to ensure coordinated delivery of the enterprise's full capabilities and offerings to clients by collaborating across all channels and product groups in the client's best interest

Establishes a risk culture and ensures all team members are protecting the interests of the firm, while enhancing the client experience

Manages the market Profit and Loss with a focus on revenue growth and return for shareholders

Represents the firm in the community to increase brand visibility and enhance new and existing business opportunities

Managerial Responsibilities:

Required skills:

5+ years of financial services experience leading Financial Advisors teams

SIE, Series 7, 66 or 65 & 63, 9,10

Series 3, Series 31 strongly preferred
