Salary Range: $55k - $65k + bonuses

Job Duties:

Collaborates closely with the outside sales team to drive revenue growth by proactively engaging with customers, following up on quotes, and converting opportunities into sales.

Partner with the Outside Sales Team to identify opportunities and drive aftermarket sales growth.

Proactively reach out to customers to follow up on quotes, close deals, and secure orders.

Enter quotes and sales orders into our system with accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM and other platforms to ensure seamless customer interactions.

Act as the central point of contact between customers, regional sales, service teams, and internal departments.

Manage and maintain strong, positive relationships with assigned customer accounts.

Resolve customer inquiries and issues quickly, including billing and accounts receivable concerns.

Prepare and follow up on routine cost estimates and pricing requests.

Handle customer returns, adjustments, and complaints with professionalism and urgency.

Keep all account information accurate and organized for easy access and account monitoring.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree preferred

Comfortable with CRM systems, order entry, and sales support processes

Experience in customer service, inside sales, or account coordination
