Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication efforts. This role will be central to ensuring consistent messaging, developing written content, and enhancing the company’s voice across a variety of platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, organized, and capable of managing multiple communication projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Draft and edit internal and external communications including newsletters, announcements, and corporate updates
Assist in the planning and execution of communication strategies and campaigns
Coordinate with departments to gather content and ensure message alignment
Prepare presentation materials, press releases, and communication briefs
Maintain an internal content calendar to track messaging efforts
Monitor industry trends and recommend communication improvements
Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and presentationQualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Familiarity with content planning and project coordination
Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
