Metal Fabrication Operator Opportunity in Bennettsville, SC

Job Summary

We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Fabrication Operator to join our growing operation. In this role, you will operate a Brake Press, Punch press, and Shear machinery in our Fabrication Department. You must be meticulous and ensure each order is filled accurately. All candidates required to have previous metal fabrication operation experience and blue print reading.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check the operation of the punch press and the quality of the parts

• Check quality to insure conformance to specs

• Must be able to add subtract multiply and divide whole numbers

• Read blue prints and use a variety of measuring instruments

• Keep neat and orderly records of all incoming and outgoing orders

• Place finished products into bins or crates and label correctly

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Solid work history that demonstrates reliability;

• Able to work on your feet for 10-hour shifts and lift 45 lbs. regularly

• Good communication skills

• Work schedule Monday-Saturday

• Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
