Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues to minimize downtime.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to reduce the risk of unexpected equipment failures.
Monitor equipment for performance and adherence to safety standards.
Collaborate with production personnel to address equipment needs and maintain seamless operations.
Manage and track spare parts inventory; recommend restocking levels as necessary.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe work environment.
Support the installation, relocation, and commissioning of new or upgraded equipment.
Provide timely technical assistance to the production team in resolving machinery issues.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in production maintenance or a similar industrial maintenance role.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to interpret technical documentation such as schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
Effective problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Basic proficiency in using computers and maintenance management systems.
Commitment to safety standards and protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing or beverage production environment.
Familiarity with food or beverage processing equipment.
Working knowledge of PLCs and electrical control systems.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Participation in continuous improvement or TPM initiatives.
