Overview: Join our team as a Ticket Sales Intern and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of sports ticket sales. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about sports, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our sales team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Assist the Director of Ticket Sales and account executives in identifying potential customers through research and outreach efforts.
Cold Calling: Develop and refine your communication skills by making cold calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our ticketing options and promotions.
Ticket Printing: Learn the technical aspects of ticket printing and distribution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
Account Management: Support account executives in managing customer accounts, including addressing inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining client relationships.
Learning Objectives:
Understand the end-to-end process of ticket sales, from prospecting to account management.
Develop effective communication skills, particularly in engaging with potential customers and team members.
Gain experience in utilizing sales software and tools for ticket printing and account management.
Enhance your ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to sales strategies and goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales is not needed; customer service or related fields are a plus.
Currently pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Intern positions are eligible for compensation. Eligibility will be determined amongst both parties during the hiring process. Intern positions have, and can, lead to paid internships, paid part-time positions and paid full-time positions.
