The Opportunity

We are seeking a resourceful and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced creative environment, brings exceptional professionalism and emotional intelligence, and is skilled in managing priorities with grace and precision.

As a key partner to leadership, you'll play a critical role in helping guide our operational rhythm, uphold our standards of excellence, and support initiatives that advance the firm's strategic goals.

What You'll Do

Executive Support

Manage complex calendars, schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics for the CEO.

Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external use.

Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups, ensuring the CEO remains organized and informed.

Support the preparation and logistics of CEO meetings, retreats, and speaking engagements.

Operational & Strategic Support

Assist with high-priority initiatives and research for the CEO

Maintain systems and tools for managing sensitive information and operational processes.

Coordinate with HR, Legal, Finance, and Marketing departments to support CEO initiatives.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.

5+ years of experience supporting senior executives ideally within a professional services or creative environment.

Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.). Mac User knowledge a plus.

Experience preparing meeting minutes and professional communications.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and discretion.
