We are seeking a skilled Master Tech to join our team at Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on Hyundai vehicles. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and accurately. The Master Tech will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior technicians, as well as staying up-to-date on the latest automotive technology and trends.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Master Tech or similar role
Certification in automotive repair
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
