Purpose of the position
Supplier management & issue handling & customer service
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Coordinate with Apple customer and follow up on customer concern.
2.Attend customer meetings and complete relevant reports.
3.Involve in making material control plan of new projects and assurance quality of incoming material.
4.Supplier management & issue handling of incoming material.
Education and work experience
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.Ability to have bilingual skills in Chinese and English; experience with 3-5 years working in consumer electronics and product analysis.
Working conditions
Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations. Skills:
1.SQE working experience in SMT factory required.
2.Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
3.Proactive in work and strong resilience.
4.PMP certificate are preferred.
5.Capability to manage a team and planning.
6.Bilingual skills in Chinese and English required.
