Standard Hours Mon-Fri 8 - 5

Responsibilities:

Perform the daily banking activities and reconciliation of accounts.

Post daily AR deposits and credit card transactions

Process Accounts Payable and manage timely payments.

Post inventory receipt of goods

Generate purchase orders and place orders with vendors

Issue customer credit memos

Manage daily warehouse cycle counts and posting inventory adjustments

Collections of AR open invoices

Performs other miscellaneous month end close responsibilities.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree in Business or Accounting/Finance required or equivalent education, training, and work experience;

2-5 years’ experience in accounting.

Thorough understanding of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Understanding of Accounting Software (SAGE helpful) General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook with intermediate knowledge of Excel.

Distribution experience is helpful

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The hourly pay estimated for this position based in California is $30.00 (negotiable)

Radian’s products are used in a variety of industries such as manufacturing, aerospace, and promotional products. The laser systems cut and mark exceptionally on applications such as custom drinkware, awards, apparel manufacturing, medical manufacturing, firearms, jewelry, and many others.

Industrial automation and advanced software allow for unlimited configuration and precise control to meet the most exacting demands.

In addition to laser engraving machines, Radian offers a variety of unique accessories – custom-built to fit small and high-volume productions. These accessories can be ordered at initial purchase or later on as business demand grows.
