Job Title: Master Plumber – Residential St. Charles / St. Louis Area

Location: St. Charles, MO 63301 (Primarily serving STL Metro Area)

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

We’re looking for a licensed Master Plumber to take on residential plumbing work across the St. Charles and St. Louis areas. If you’re experienced, dependable, and ready to lead or work independently on residential projects, we’d love to connect with you.

Responsibilities

Perform residential plumbing installations and repairs (water heaters, sewer lines, fixtures, etc.)

Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues efficiently

Ensure work meets all Missouri and local plumbing codes

Provide excellent customer service and clear communication

Mentor and guide junior plumbers or apprentices (if applicable)

Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites

Qualifications

Missouri Master Plumber License (Required)

3+ years of residential plumbing experience

Knowledge of STL/St. Charles plumbing codes and systems

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawl spaces

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Schedule & Benefits
