Office Type: Hybrid (2–3 days on-site per week)

Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 base + equity

What You Will Do

Build scalable, production-ready software across the full stack using modern frameworks and cloud-native technologies.

Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to rapidly ship features and iterate based on customer feedback.

Own major components of the codebase, making architectural decisions and leading development from concept to deployment.

Ensure high-quality code through test-driven development and rigorous code reviews.

Lead by example in a fast-paced startup environment—driving product innovation while embracing flexibility and learning.

Ideal Candidate Background

6–10+ years of professional software engineering experience across front-end and back-end development.

Proven success working in high-velocity startup environments or small, cross-functional teams.

Deep experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, TypeScript) and back-end languages (Python, Node.js).

Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects from 0 to 1.

Experience mentoring or technically guiding team members.

Preferred

Strong familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Elastic Beanstalk).

Prior use of test-driven development methodologies and collaboration with QA/test teams.

Additional exposure to technologies such as Redux, Angular, or RESTful API design.

Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation, Benefits, and Other Perks

Base Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 (commensurate with experience)
