As a General Manager you will be responsible for: * Facility Operations * Sales and Marketing * Hiring and Recruiting * Employee Training and Management Qualifications: * Minimum: * Must be 18 years or older.

* Must be willing and able to work nights Mon-Fri from 4pm to 1am and Sat-Sun shifts between 6am and 1am.

* 2+ years successful sales experience * 1+ years Formal leadership/Supervisory experience * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service, sales, and business operations * Preferred: * Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!

* Soccer knowledge and/or experience as a player, coach, or working in a soccer related business.

* Team sports knowledge and experience * Working knowledge of business financials
