Company Overview: We are a fast-paced production facility seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our night shift team. If you have experience working in a warehouse or production environment and are ready to grow with a company that values hard work and dedication, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

Operate various production machines, including (but not limited to): extrusion, laminator, tarp machine, winder, and seal cart

Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient and safe operation

Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance as needed

Follow production schedules and meet daily targets

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

Prior experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred

Ability to operate or learn to operate various types of machinery

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Steel toe boots required

Must adhere to the dress code: No hoodies or jewelry; regular warehouse attire

Ability to work the night shift consistently (6:00 PM – 2:30 AM, Mon–Fri)
