Description:

In our ‘always on’ world, we believe it’s essential to have a genuine connection with the work you do.

If you're a supply chain or demand planning professional ready to take your impact global, this role puts you right at the center of it all.

CommScope is at the forefront of shaping infrastructure, products and solutions that enhance people's lives. We make communication faster, easier, and more efficient for today's always-on world.

As a Demand and Supply Planning Manager, leading a team of professionals in Czech Republic and Australia, you’ll act as the strategic bridge between Business Units, Product Line Management, Sales, and Operations. You won’t just execute plans—you’ll shape them. Your insights and coordination will drive the S&OP process, ensuring demand signals align with capacity, supply, and business objectives across regions.

Our preferred locations are our offices in Scotland but willing to discuss other locations for the right candidate.

HOW YOU'LL HELP US CONNECT THE WORLD:

Reporting is more than numbers in this role. Key forecasting, inventory, and operational reports must be designed and delivered to support high-level decision-making. When disruptions occur; and they will, this position serves as the first point of escalation, leading resolution efforts with clarity, urgency, and cross-functional coordination.

The work balances long-range strategy with hands-on execution. Close collaboration with Operations ensures that capacity plans align with the master production schedule, while inventory is optimized based on shifting market needs and business priorities.

A pivotal contributor to New Product Introductions (NPI), this role partners with Engineering, Sales, and Product Line Management to accelerate time to market while ensuring supply readiness.

Collaboration is essential, standardized operating procedures (SOP) must be maintained, planning teams across regions and local entities supported, and global alignment achieved through effective use of SAP across the full product lifecycle.

The goal: balance global supply and demand to deliver exceptional customer service without compromising operational efficiency. With global responsibilities, the role also offers opportunities for international travel and engagement across diverse markets and teams.

Ideal for a supply chain professional ready to lead, influence, and drive high-impact planning across functions and geographies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

• Bachelors in a related curriculum and at least 10 years of experience within (Supply Chain/Demand Planning),

• Previous experience managing teams.

• Demonstrable working experience in SAP and Microsoft package.

• Ability to travel globally

YOU WILL EXCITE US IF YOU HAVE:

• APICS (American Production & Inventory Control) certification preferred. CPIM (Certified Production and Inventory Management) and CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) certifications are desirable.
