What We're Looking For:

Experience with Mazak or Hurco machines is a plus, but not required.

Familiarity with conversational programming is ideal – if you can write G-Code, you’ll adapt quickly.

Setup experience is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker – we value willingness to learn just as much as we value skills.

This Role Is Not for Button-Pushers.

We’re seeking individuals who want to become complete machinists – capable of:

Reading and interpreting part prints

Planning machining operations

Writing and proofing programs

Setting up and running jobs from start to finish
