Customer Service Representative (O’Hare area): The hours currently are 10:30 AM – 7 PM Monday-Friday. (Hybrid-working 2 days in office)
We’re a stable firm in business for over 70 years looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong interpersonal skills and the energy to work in a fast-paced environment.
Our Customer Service Representatives provide support to field sales team and B to B customers.
Responsibilities:
· High volume of inbound calls responding to inquiries - via phone, email and other internal systems.
· Resolves customer and sales rep issues.
· Conducts order entry, modification, and status activities.
· Reviews and issues product returns, credit memos and document requests.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Strong analytical skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
· 1+ years in an in-bound call center environment is helpful.
· Experience with SAP is helpful.
· Attendance and punctuality are important for performance.
Other helpful points
At least 1 year of customer service experience (i.e., corporate, retail, hospitality)
Solid job stability (over 1 year)
Good phone presence
Good energy and outgoing personality
Inbound call center experience helpful, versus outbound
