Job Description

Obtain raw materials from warehouse and various production locations to mix production batches carefully and verifying and identifying information and quantities to FIFO. Place raw materials and intermediates in mixing containers, follow manufacturing and mixing instructions per batch tickets. Accurately complete all paperwork, pack finished product and stock after approval of lab as designated by fill ticket. Count product after packing and write amount on fill ticket before taking product to warehouse and paperwork to production accounting coordinator. Complete and follow the instructions of the SOP's, Food Safety and Security Training. General clean up.

Essential Functions

Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly throughout shift, able to operate forklift, must have good mathematical skills, good computer skills, Flexible schedule, manditory OT, mechanical aptitude, Must be able to wear PPE ( 1/2 face or full respirator) Must be able to pass pulmonary function test (with respirator clearance) Must be able to bend, stoop, push, pull, stand for extended periods of time.

Necessary Experience

Must have manufacturing and/or food production experience.
