Job Title: HR Manager – Healthcare & Pathology Services
About the Role:
Are you a visionary HR leader with a passion for healthcare? We are looking for an energetic HR Manager to spearhead HR operations for over 100 dedicated professionals across multiple healthcare companies and to serve as the go-to HR expert in our innovative Pathology Management Services Organization (MSO). In this dual-impact role, you’ll drive both internal excellence and provide strategic HR consultancy to external healthcare partners, ensuring that our teams thrive and our services excel.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Leadership:
· Shape Our Future: Design and implement forward-thinking HR strategies that align with our mission and fuel business growth across diverse healthcare entities.
· Executive Partnership: Work closely with our leadership team to develop dynamic workforce planning, talent management, and succession strategies.
Operational Excellence:
· Manage the Essentials: Oversee all core HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and training programs.
· Policy & Compliance Champion: Develop and enforce robust HR policies that ensure consistency, legal compliance, and high standards across the organization.
· Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor key HR metrics and produce insightful reports to guide strategic decisions.
MSO HR Services Innovation:
· HR Expertise on Display: Serve as the primary HR authority within our pathology MSO, shaping and delivering innovative HR services.
· Consultancy Excellence: Provide expert HR advice and support to external healthcare practices, ensuring they adhere to best practices, regulatory requirements, and achieve operational efficiency.
· Integrated Solutions: Collaborate with the broader MSO team to integrate HR services seamlessly with other practice management solutions.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
· Cultivate a Winning Culture: Develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and foster a vibrant, positive workplace across all locations.
· Compliance Pro: Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws, with a strong focus on healthcare-specific compliance.
Team Leadership & Development:
· Mentor and Inspire: Lead, mentor, and empower the HR team with opportunities for professional growth and continuous improvement.
· Collaborative Environment: Create a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance that inspires everyone to excel.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are a plus).
· At least 5 years of progressive HR management experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of managing HR functions across multiple entities.
· Experience in HR consultancy or delivering HR services in a multi-faceted, healthcare (preferably pathology-related) environment.

· A strategic thinker who can turn business goals into actionable HR initiatives.
· Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
· Deep understanding of employment law, healthcare compliance, and regulatory requirements.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in HRIS systems, data analysis, and performance reporting.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while juggling multiple priorities.
Working Conditions:
· This is on site position with some remote work flexibility. Occasional travel may be required between various company sites and client locations.
