Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: 55k to 75k depending on experience level

Restaurant Manager – Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service

Hire, train, and coach team members to maintain high performance

Monitor food quality, sanitation, and safety standards

Manage inventory and ordering

Drive sales and profitability while controlling costs

Foster a positive work environment and team morale

Requirements:

2+ years of restaurant management experience (preferably in fast casual or QSR)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Hands-on and guest-focused approach

Proficient in scheduling, inventory, and basic P&L management

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Assistant General Manager – Key Responsibilities

Support the GM and leadership team in daily operations

Lead by example in service and training standards

Handle opening/closing duties and shift supervision

Assist with performance reviews, coaching, and team development

Help manage labor and food cost efficiency

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and compliance

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant setting

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Team-first mindset with a passion for hospitality
