We’re a boutique CPA firm specializing in tax advisory services. With a small but mighty team, we take pride in providing high-level tax planning and strategy while maintaining a relaxed, professional culture. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to help streamline operations to allow the firm owner to focus on high-value tasks—like client advisory and business development.
Looking for someone available to work at our office for 20-25 hours a week from Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Accredited College Degree: 2 or 4 year (Preferred)
- Computer proficient and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet clients on the phone and in person
- Organize and scan documents
- Download financial institution statements and other documents from client portals
- Sort, copy, and prepare documents for filing
- Contact clients to gather needed information, schedule appointments, collect payments
- Work closely with staff to coordinate tasks and track project deadlines
- Assist with planning and coordinating social gatherings for clients and the Firm by contacting venues, sending invitations, and tracking responses
- Manage Firm Owner’s appointment calendar by scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, and re-scheduling for conflicts
