Job Title: CNC Machinist (Mill and Lathe Setup) – Aerospace Components
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Shift: Third Shift 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM

Position Summary: As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of CNC milling and lathe machines. You will ensure that all components meet strict aerospace quality standards while helping drive our production efficiency and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines to manufacture aerospace components
Operate up to two machines simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet exact tolerances and quality standards
Adjust machine settings and tooling as necessary to maintain accuracy and performance
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and improve processes
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a CNC Machinist in a precision or aerospace manufacturing environment
Strong proficiency in setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes
Solid understanding of G-code and CNC programming principles
Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
