Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to become a part of our growing team! You will help answer customer service phone calls and facilitate a multitude of property management duties. Opportunity to grow and gain direct mentorship from company leadership.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound company calls (approximately 20-60 calls per day)
Draft leasing ads and screen new tenants
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
Facilitate receivables and payables for each property managed
Enforce property rules and regulations
Administrative support
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management or other related customer service fields
Familiarity with real estate leases is a plus
Ability to build rapport with tenants
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Word, Excel, Email and Others
Bachelor Degree preferred, not required
