Independent Cleaning Contractor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, and can work well with others as well as independently.

Duties:

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to maintain high hygiene standards.

Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role required. (This is a must)

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.

Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new techniques or procedures related to cleaning.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must have vehicle insurance.

Must have their own supplies and equipment.

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check and have a clean driving record.

Must have a valid driver license and insurance.
