Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and physically capable Appliance Installation Helper to join our team. This role involves assisting with the safe delivery and professional installation of household appliances. The ideal candidate will be committed to safety, possess a strong work ethic, and be able to work effectively in various environments as a key part of our installation crew.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the safe loading and unloading of household appliances, utilizing appliance dolly and PPE.

Routinely lift and maneuver items weighing up to 100 lbs as part of a team.

Support the lead installer in the professional delivery and installation of a variety of household appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, etc.) in residential and commercial settings.

Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and best practices on project sites.

Prepare installation areas, including laying down protective coverings and moving obstacles.

Assist with clean-up after installations are complete, ensuring the work area is tidy.

Adapt to and work effectively in various outside working conditions, including diverse weather and environmental factors.

Be open and willing to participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge as needed.

Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor with customers and team members.

* This position does NOT involve electrical or plumbing work beyond assisting with standard appliance connections.

Qualifications:

Ability to consistently lift and move objects weighing up to 100 lbs.

Proficiency in using appliance dolly and other PPE.

Comfortable working in diverse outside weather and environmental conditions.

Strong commitment to safety and ability to follow safety guidelines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.

Must pass a background check.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 100 lbs) frequently.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, and climb for extended periods.
