MULTI FAMILY LEASING AGENT
Seeking 1-2 happy self- motivated person with positive energy to lease a unit multifamily property
Your primary responsibility is to generate leasing traffic, (from locators (real estate agents, MLS ), social media platforms., walk in or referral networking.
For mass lease up proactive fast-pace program for a 134-unit apartment in West lake you will be compensated in multiple avenue pending your performance, hourly pay to address residents inquiries, commission on leasing renters, bounds for Tele leasing metrics, profit sharing for sitewide revenue uptrend.
Greet prospects,
Organize, generate leads, schedule and conduct property tours. Compile lease agreement per owner base lease terms.
Compile weekly leasing reports.
Prepare marketing materials and reports, ensure marketing materials are updated both printed on social media MLS platforms.
While you are responsible for updating, organize marketing materials (printed, through locators (real estate agents, MLS ) social media, platforms, public distribution, networking .
Your primary responsibility is to maintain uptrend occupancy in a motivated fast-paced manner.
Provide weekly leasing traffic and leasing metrics reporting.
Coordinate with property manager, or function as assistant property manager.
Your goal is to exceed area occupancy of 95% for 4+ consecutive months.
Your success is reflected in your total compensation. Bonus, commission, and profit sharing.
You will be well compensated according to your ability urgency in exceeding property objective

Responsibilities:
Adhere to property policies and procedures
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting residents, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly
Conduct property tours for prospective tenants
Act as a salesperson, moderator, problem solver, quality assurance specialist, documentation specialist, and statistician simultaneously
Attract new prospective tenants to fill unit vacancies
Ensure resident satisfaction and retention, fostering positive online reviews
Minimize code violations and ensure compliance
Key Performance Metrics:
Maximize occupancy rates and Net Operating Income (NOI)
Increase rent collections while minimizing delinquency and late payments
Address and resolve complaints effectively
Reduce code violations
Schedule:
Normal business hours with first Saturday mornings each month or by appointment during off-hours on a rotation basis
Qualifications:
Strong background in leasing or sales preferred
Real estate license preferred to post MLS listings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, people friendly, social media technology strong
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Results-oriented with a focus on meeting performance metrics
