Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in the Roselle, New Jersey area. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes between customers and internal teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. Salary is 50,000-60,000.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate customer and product data to support seamless order processing and invoicing.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring resolution with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with sales, accounting, logistics, manufacturing, and quality teams to coordinate customer orders effectively.
• Compile and submit monthly commission reports for brokers upon approval.
• Arrange the shipment of product samples based on instructions provided by Account Managers.
• Prepare export documentation, including necessary certificates, to ensure compliance with international shipping requirements.

• Proven experience in customer service or administrative assistance roles.
• Strong bilingual communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
